Registrations
If your youngster would like to participate in a tournament, please register by one of the following methods.
- Register online by clicking on the program registrations link on the left side of this page.
- Copy the registration form on this page, fill it out and send it to George via mail with the $35.00 fee. Send to George Haley, 5 Elizabeth Ann Dr. Johnston,RI 02919.
- Register via e-mail to coachhaley@cox.net. Indicate play level, name,address,phone#,age and provide a credit card (MC/Visa) to charge the $35.00 fee.
