Procedure for Inclement Weather.

In case of inclement weather, league participants are expected to follow the following guidelines.
Inclement weather does not include an ordinary rain storm.

1. Call Centre Court to check if club is open. If Centre Court is open, then your match is on.
2. If you choose not to play the match, you must call your opponent and advise him/her.  See #6 below.
3. It is advised that you call your opponent to make sure that they are also prepared to play.
4. You should NOT ASSUME that the Club is closed or your opponent is not coming to play.
5. If you do not show up for a match without making contact with your opponent, then you will forfeit 2 weeks of play.
6. A list of league players is maintained at the club. The person working the desk can give you your opponent's name and telephone number. Call George only as a last resort.
